Job Description : Use Adobe Analytics & Google Analytics to extract & analyse data generated by online users (visitors, prospects & existing customers)
Understand the behavior and expectations of online consumers
Review Hotjar recordings on the user journey & develop a hypothesis on reason for drop offs/behaviour
Evaluate the hypothesis through A/B tests using AEM capabilities with the help of the marketing/AEM team
Use results of the A/B test and give inputs to the Digital Funnel team for improvements with the UX/IT/underwriting/marketing teams
Communicate insights and provide solutions that have demonstrable results
Reporting
Report the findings with data visualisations that are easy to understand
Monitor performance trends with the line manager across marketing campaigns
Report on the KPIs across the funnel
