Business Manager ýff Growth WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND WHAT IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE The Growth Team acts as a focal point in the organization by driving growth in business through introduction of new services & vertical specific solutions, generating demand through large deals & marketing campaigns, accelerating GTM with partners, revenue & pipeline management with market research being some of the key activities among others. As part of the Growth Team, the Business manager will act both as a Product manager and an evangelist of the solutions/serivces by owning the solution throughout its lifecycle and influence traction in the market. He/She will drive all aspects of a successful business solution throughout its lifecycle, including strategy development, market insights/needs, and market performance. RESPONSIBILITIES ýff Imbibe 360-degree approach on business metrics such as portfolio performance, pricing, process management, benchmarking of competition & market research/feedback. ýff Identify challenges and requirements of industry verticals, build contextualized bundled solutions/products with services from different technology towers to address these challenges & requirements. ýff Work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Technology Teams to develop innovative business plans with a high focus on improving growth and business metrics. ýff Product marketing: evangelizing, influencing and collaborating with marketing team to ensure impacting engagement with the market. Prepare, plan, execute and manage event and marketing campaigns to drive demand. ýff Identify partners for joint solutions based on market trends & customer demands. Lead GTM planning and joint solution development with partners. ýff Build and strengthen analyst relations – schedule & participate in periodic service briefings & enquiries with analyst firms. Benchmark & validate solutions portfolio. ýff Drive revenue management & pipeline generation activities like campaigns/events for lead generation, white-spacing existing accounts for cross-selling opportunities. ýff Publish & Drive marketing calendar with themed campaigns & events to generate leads & opportunities and work towards successful execution ýff Assist leadership to take strategic decisions with data driven insights. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS ýff Analytical mindset and problem solving comes naturally to you ýff Understand and love digital transformation. You are business aware, understand the broader context and see every problem from customerýffs perspective ýff Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced agile environment ýff Experience delivering solutions which have a high-degree of complexity and requires cross-functional, cross-geo team collaboration ýff Curious about metrics, execution processes and keeping an eye out for details ýff Excellent communication, influencing and articulation skills ýff Act as a Subject Matter Expert in relevant areas, develop point of views on emerging technologies and support in thought leadership ýff Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn technologies independently ýff Lead and drive meetings with multiple teams both internal & external ýff Strength in building & managing a complex network of internal and external stakeholders, maintain strong relationship with stakeholders ýff Proven ability to manage ambiguity and a preparedness to take on what is necessary to get things done ýff Demonstrated passion to explore new era for technologies EXPERIENCE & KEY SKILLS ýff Engineering & MBA from a premier institute with 3+ years of total work-experience in technology services industry/product management role (or) Engineering with 6+ years of work-experience in technology services industry ýff Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) ýff Exposure or Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies like Cloud, End User Computing, Cybersecurity, Networks, IIoT, Automation, etc. ýff Prior experience in digital transformation programs would be beneficial ýff Prior experience of Business Development and/or service delivery would a plus ýff Strong organization and prioritization skills
