The Role Responsibilities
In the digital banking realm, it is imperative to work with an ecosystem of partners to offer capability solutions, expand digital distribution and augment the offer with third party services through partners.

Ensuring that a partner is on-boarded and works with us, within the stipulated framework, with relevant SLAs is place is key to business continuity and also expansion of our digital presence.
This role is a key lever for expansion of our digital capabilities and the related ecosystem to ensure we embed the digital offering into the core value proposition of the products and services we offer our clients and relevant prospects. The role holder will be responsible for the key areas listed below:

Partner Management:
Drive implementation of the partner management framework for digital partners the Bank works with. Key areas of focus will be regulatory, Information Security and process compliance in addition to adherence of the SLAs mutually agreed with the Bank. The outcomes will be measured with:
Service uptime
Service continuity
Additional of new capabilities of features offered by the partner or customized to SCB’s requirement

Over and above this it is essential to keep the number of high, medium and low risks to zero or remediated within stipulated timelines.
Expansion of the connected ecosystem:
Identifying the right set of partners for the Bank to partner with in 3 critical areas:
Expansion of digital sales capabilities
Driving efficiencies through automation
Market leading / first bank to launch innovative solutions
Managing the lifecycle management platform:
Enhancing, augmenting and managing the lifecycle management platform to better engage with our clients, specifically personal banking clients.

Processes
Will be responsible to implement projects in line with the Bank’s project management framework.

Risk Management
Ensure compliance with the Bank’s IT security, Client authentication and privacy controls.

Governance
Will be responsible to ensure compliance with the Group Digital GPS for internet and mobile banking and all new capabilities implemented

Regulatory & Business Conduct
Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

Our Ideal Candidate
6 – 10+ years work experience
Post graduate, preferably with an MBA and / or some experience in Digital Banking/ Technology
