What You Will Do (Job Description): Will be responsible for understanding requirements and implementing innovative solutions to achieve operational efficiency. Interface with Global Stakeholders to identify, define, collect, and track key business metrics for products or business processes. Extract and gather data from multiple sources; conduct analysis of data with the goal of improving Quality Operations. Plan and execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights. Design, develop and maintain scalable and reliable analytical tools, dashboards & reports that drive key quality decisions. Proficient in developing zero-touch automated solutions that produce trends and charts for performance monitoring on daily, weekly, monthly basis. Identify underperforming areas in the QMSand suggests improvements, or resolutions to problems. Contribute to project work, and plan and implement/get involved in QMS optimization projects across the globe. Also work on projects functionally & cross-functionally to have broader learning scope and opportunities in future. Assist with process analysis and documentation where required. Follow the Project Management Module for every request & projects. Establish relationships and engage with key stakeholders across, through attendance in meetings and other communication forums. Exchange and collaborate with your peers and provide training, coaching and guidance to fellow analysts.
Minimum Qualifications: B-Tech (any) Minimum of 2-3 relevant years of experience in Quality or Supply Chain Domain in a regulated product industry with Data Management / Minimum of 2-3 years as Supply Chain Data Analyst.
Required Competencies: Ability to translate structured and unstructured problems into analytical framework. Strong business acumen and analytical skills with high degree of proficiency in data mining. Experience of working in office environment and ability to demonstrate multi-tasking skills, with workload prioritization. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong sense of ownership and ability to individually plan and execute deliverables. Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements.
Technical Abilities: Experience working with BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView etc) Good handle in SQL, Excel, other scripting languages (R, Python, etc) Understanding of statistical modelling and statistical tools such as Python, R, Spark, SAS or SPSS. Experience with Microsoft Office especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access & tools like Power Apps, Share-Point, InfoPath, Teams, etc. Good to have: Experience in Project Management, Quality Management Systems, ISO auditing, Green Belt Certification
