Educational Qualifications
Must be a Graduate or Post Graduate with Digital Marketing / MBA Marketing or relevant field from the recognized University/Institution.

Work Experience
3 to 10 years of work experience in digital media and operations. Candidates with BFSI experience in handling CRM , customer journey engagement, Digital Media / Performance Marketing / Agency experience are preferred. The Candidate should be well versed in CRM, Campaign management, SEO, SEM, Social, OTT, UX, Analytics

Job Description
Identify and develop new audience to increase impression share, customer segmentation, gap identification
Responsible for campaign deliverables
Understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition
Plan , execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
Optimize best user experience for the best ROI
Co-ordinate with the external Marketing agency for optimizing performance on Facebook, Google & Affiliates to drive business objectives
In-depth knowledge of Google adwords, Facebook Business Manager , experience with B2C social media
In-depth knowledge of web Analytic tools ( Google analytics etc)
Worked on SEO planning and execution to drive organic conversion, SEM, Affiliate, email, WhatsApp, social media, content
Ensure KPIs like CPM/ CPC/ CPL are under check and assessed
Work with third parties to drive low cost user acquisition and transactions
Close eye on the bottom funnel
Competitor analysis and trend monitoring
Managing CRM tools of Oracle – knowledge of creative tracking, testing and optimization
Co-ordinate with the external Marketing agency for accurate reports on overall performance of the marketing campaign
MIS & reporting
Team handling , good communicator and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
Content writing , worked on blogs & infographics is a plus
Any other activity related to Digital & Social Media Marketing which the Corporation’s Branding & Marketing team may explore from time to time

Note
Grade/Position shall be filled based on relevant work experience as per requirement of the Corporation.
