The Home Lending Testing Transformation team provides centralized prioritization, planning, design, execution leadership & support for large, complex, technology-dependent programs & projects across the Home Lending organization. As a key driver in the project delivery lifecycle, this team group partners across CCB and the JPMC Enterprise to define strategies and approaches for User Acceptance Testing activities, as well as setting and stewarding sound UAT Management methodologies.
About This Position:
The Business Analyst I will be an integral part of the Data & Reporting pillar within Home Lending. The Business Analyst I will use technological solutions to support business analysis and reporting needs across Home Lending Product. The candidate will query and manipulate data to help drive automation and create the tools to measure the performance of the business, enhance the Controls environment, and support key decisions to move the business forward.
Responsibilities:
This role will help d rive automation of data insight and processes leveraging available data management tools (i.e., Alteryx) and reduce dependency on legacy methods. This responsibility includes designing, building, and implementing reporting for current and future business needs using latest visualization techniques and tools (i.e., Tableau). This person will i nteract as needed with internal business partners to understand their goals and priorities and to develop the right reporting to measure business performance and to i dentify opportunities to improve efficiencies and reduce risks by enhancing processes or implementing new tools.
Qualifications:

BS/BA degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
3+ years of related experience within analytics, marketing, finance, or risk
Knowledge of SAS/SQL/Teradata to query and analyze data from diverse data repositories
ETL experience preferred (i.e., Alteryx)w
Demonstrated hands on experience developing reports in Tableau
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of building data repositories a plus
