Position :

Job Description : Bessemer Trust is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with colleagues in IT and business leaders to define, conduct and manage high-impact projects leveraging our Salesforce platform. Candidates must have experience working with Salesforce and implementing and supporting enhancements in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analyst supporting Bessemer’s Salesforce implementation
Partner with business leaders to design innovative solutions to challenging business processes leveraging Salesforce
Develop an in-depth understanding of Bessemer’s data structure
Develop an understanding of Bessemer’s overall business model as well as our systems and business processes in order to take full advantage of Salesforce
Collaborate with development and QA teams to design, implement, and test business requirements

Skills and Experience

Demonstrated Salesforce knowledge and certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, User Experience Designer)
Business acumen and ability to design solutions to meet business objectives.
Ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.
Organizational skills, including an ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities with competing demands for resources.
Understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
Understanding of relevant prototyping and issue tracking tools and platforms. (e.g., Jira, Axure)

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience working with Salesforce
3+ years of experience in business analysis
Experience in the financial services industry

Desired:

Salesforce Certified Administrator
Understanding of relational databases and working knowledge of SQL
Experience with data governance to ensure accuracy and quality of data
Experience with data visualization software (e.g. Qlik, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau)
