Submit a memo’s request from the sales and marketing division to finance, such as; sales reimbursement, entertainment fee, media order, PO, screenshots, etc.
Answering client’s inquiries to our sales team over the phone, or by email.
Organizing weekly internal sales meeting.
Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
Manage daily sales report and visit, including Sales pipelining activity.
Making sure the circulation of legal documents signing runs smoothly.
Minimum Qualifications
Min. 2-3 years of work experience as a Sales Administrative, Sales Controller, or other related fields, and from the Digital Media Company would be preferred.
Strong familiarity in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Suite.
Good English (speaking & writing).
Multitasker & organized.
Ability to work under strict deadlines.
