Our experienced consulting team advises leading businesses on cloud platforms, architecture, enterprise service management, and integrating IT service delivery.Essential duties and responsibilities· Cold calling volume (80 outbound a day)· Use a combination of outreach mechanisms to nurture leads (Call, Email, Marketing automation tools like outreach, LinkedIn In Mails, etc.)· Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision-makers.· Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to understand the opportunity, and the needs of prospects· Able to understand/explain concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner· Good Listener, assertive and persuasive· Expected shift hours for this role is – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM ISTRequirements· Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field, business or related field· Prior sales experience within a Software/IT consulting is not mandatory but preferred· Hard-working and willing to achieve a high volume of outbound calling activity every day while maintaining a positive and energetic persona.· Should have exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with great presentation skills· The candidate should be a competitive, self-motivated individual with a strong desire to win· Natural flair for conversations and enjoy talking to customers about solutions and products.· An opportunity spotter, able to gather requirements and understand concepts and ideas clearlyPrevious cold calling experience or business development experience preferredExperience in IT Consulting/Software Sales is preferredJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹3,500.00 – ₹5,000.00 per monthSchedule:Night shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission payExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)
