Stranger Sports Pte Ltd operates Stranger Soccer, the #1 way that people play futsal and football in Singapore. Over 25,000 registered users play 200+ games a week across 30 locations via its acclaimed Mobile App. Following its fully subscribed seed investment rounds, Stranger Soccer will soon be expanding to gateway cities throughout the world starting in early 2022.

Role Description
We are seeking an OUTSTANDING INDIVIDUAL to be a part of a dynamic team at our fast growing start-up.
The person will learn and be in charge of a portfolio of business development and customer relationship related initiatives across the organization.
This position reports to CEO and the Executive Director and will interface with key staff across the organization, as well as customers, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
Experience in business development or customer-facing jobs is a plus. Interest in sports or soccer is a plus.

Specific Responsibilities
Coordinating and executing key partnership, business development, and customer growth initiatives
Maintaining strong relationships with top customers and partners
Assisting with other ad hoc business development campaigns and initiatives
Meeting daily with senior management to report on and review key deliverables with a more detailed weekly meeting
Periodically serving on the front lines of the customer experience, serving as an “Official Host” of a few football games each week

Competencies
The successful candidate will:
Learn how a company creates systems and SOP’s to execute business development campaigns to achieve its goals
Gain experience in what a Singapore brand must consider in efforts to expand internationally
Gain experience in working with (and communicating with) multiple stakeholders in an organization, from employees to customers to vendors
Actively participate in strategic planning including daily and weekly touchpoints with CEO and Executive Director

Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A can-do attitude
An Interest in football (great passion a plus!)
Customer service experience a plus
