Your Role
The Customer Account Manager will support inbound enquiries with regards to our translation & training services from several markets such as Hong Kong, Malaysia & Singapore as well as drive (regional) government/corporate tender submissions, and attend to allocated accounts to further develop relationships with these existing customers.
Customer Service/ Inbound Sales (40%)
Answer all enquiries on the organization’s communication channels in a timely manner.

Customer service/sales inbox for Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, India, Philippines
Prepare and send quotations for simple sales enquiries.
Promptly forward certain types of sales enquiries to the respective account managers for immediate follow-up.
To call clients for feedback:
For sent quotations and amend pricing where necessary to close the deal
If they reject a quotation, to find out where we can improve
After a service is delivered, to find out what we did well, and where we can improve.
Account Management & Extension (40%)
Keep Key Accounts aware of services and value contribution
Identify new contacts in Key accounts and outreach
Support Key Accounts with quotations and follow up on conversion
Define action plan for Key Accounts and deliver on milestones
Address strategic gaps with regard to engagement and quotation interest
Foster referrals to other markets / customers
Drive service delivery and support local communication / logistics
Tender Management (20%)
Prepare and submit tenders on our key service lines.
Identify new tender portals and ensure that we submit tenders across a variety of tender portals.
Shortlist potential tenders that we can submit and discuss requirements with our delivery team.
Customize our tender submissions pitches according to the audience and the service line we are pitching for.
Lost tenders: to call the persons in charge of the respective tenders to ask for feedback on improvement areas.
Your Education, Experience & Skills
You are self-motivated individual work enjoys working independently. You are passionate about language learning or event technology services
Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing/ Business Management, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in corporate sales (B2B), sales support and knowledge of end-to-end sales cycle
Great communication skills, Fluent English required (speaking) to communicate with regional clients
Ability to identify and address the specific needs of each individual customer
Highly motivated & Independent Individual with an eye for detail & analytical skills
Prior experience with preparing complex quotations & contracts
Result- orientation; high focus on driving (business) results and KPIs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: SGD 3000 + Commission
