Job Description : COMPANY OVERVIEWAt Babbler Group we offer our expertise and personalized solutions of Lighting, Audio-video, Automation, Security, IT, Networking.At Babbler we assist in providing Solutions to any scale of organizations: Corporate, Retail, Residential, hospitality, Educational institutes, Commercial facilities for Dedicated office spaces/ collaborative work spaces /Tech parks.Job description – Business Development§ Analyze business potential, conceptualize & execute strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve targets.§ Monitor competitor activities and devise prompt effective counter measures.§ Identify, qualify and pursue business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans, and through lead generation,v New Market Development§ Identify new market segments and tap profitable business opportunities§ Evolve market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve product wise targetsv Client Relationship Management§ Ensure continuous interaction with the customer to make sure that areas of concerns can be worked upon for improved service levels§ Provide customer service in order to increase client satisfaction, program growth and new product introductions§ Monitor client relationship and program performance to meet and exceed client goalv Team Management§ Manage & mentor Technical and Sales Teams, for accomplishments of individual and organization goals§ Coordinate activities for the identification of training needs of employees for upgrading their skills.§ Create an environment that sustains and encourages high performance; motivate teams in optimizing their contribution levelsProven sales experience with a track record of hitting targets.Candidate must have at least of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Automation Sales /Business Development or from sales domain in any reputed Real Estate organization.Candidate should possess an engineering degree with Electronics/Computers/ Electrical as major.Experience in category, customer and channel marketingFocusing on Acquisition of new business using existing contacts & cold calling, to grow potential accounts from existing value to its true potential, would be an independent techno commercial role & will carry annual business target.Would independently handle, commercial negotiations, order closures, projects & address/resolve all the issues related to implement the project & ensure customer satisfaction in totality.Must have an aptitude for troubleshooting & thorough with documentation work related to the projects.Drive revenue growth and meet sales targets set by the company with regard to Automation solution/product salesShould have experience in working along with some of the key local GC contractors & builders on new projects.Should be able to understand the client requirements & ensure that the team builds optimal design solutions around the same.KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS :- sales target achievement for the month/quarter and annual- outstanding sales receivables collected- completion of self and team development goalsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementCommuter assistanceFood allowanceHealth insuranceInternet reimbursementLeave encashmentLife insurancePaid sick timePaid time offProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission payOvertime payPerformance bonusQuarterly bonusYearly bonusWork Remotely:No
