Job Description : Ø Campaign Application Developer :
· Qualification: BSc. /MSc. in IT or B.E./B.Tech Computer Science, Pref. for ORACLE/SQL knowledge
· Exp : Min 1 year experience in Campaign execution ( UNICA IBM tool, Adobe, RESULTIX, etc…)
Job Role:
Understand business needs for communication requirements and use analytical CRM tool to translate this into segments and channels of communications
Use Database queries and customize analytical CRM flows to develop communication plans on customers through various bank channels
Manage Campaign Quality assurance processes prior to direct to customer communication execution
Manage communication status reporting; define standard delivery reports and create new ad hoc reports using available tools (e.g. Oracle, SQL, UNICA ,CRMNext, Siebel, Acoustic & other marketing automation tools)
Help drive the migration of existing communications to various new marketing automation platform
Job Requirements
Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail, with the ability to think out-of-box
Driven to ensure delivery across cross-functional teams
Should be able to multi-task and manage multiple projects
Ability to co-ordinate & negotiate with departments for prioritization and delivery
Ability and the eagerness to learn new technologies
Preferably with basic SQL knowledge
