Job Description : To assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization’s production, Administrative and IT systems, and develop plans to improve any shortcomings in them, to ensure long-term effectiveness.To develop stronger strategies and processes after proper research on current policies, collect information about budgets and procedures, analyze data and processes, and improve or develop and implement new strategies. To be focused on optimizing processes within the organization and is to be collaborative, communicative, and creative with strong reasoning and problem-solving skills.2- PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY2.1 To ensure that budget requirements are planned and informed the Admin. Manager to include it in Department budget requirements. Further, allocated budget is used effectively to update the systems, as and when required.2.2 To ensure that Shomeli’s production, administrative and/or IT systems are working efficiently and effectively and supporting the operations and is adhering to the ISO system.2.3 To ensure that production, Administrative and/or IT systems annual audit is done in order to plan any updating required in future.2.4 To ensure that proper analyzing of the current production, Administrative and/or IT systems are regularly done, to find any flaws or inefficiencies, and planning solutions to resolve all issues and ensure long-term effectiveness.2.5 To ensure that all budget and timeline constraints are met.3- PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS3.1 Evaluate current production, Administrative and/or IT systems, including timely management reporting on financial, design, sales, production, maintenance, repair works, and IT hardware, software, and network features, on a regular basis.· 3.2 Provide internal support for departments that want to increase efficiency, productivity, or profitability. Work with departments as they implement, refine, review, and modify processes and systems.· 3.3 Conduct research through surveys and employee interviews, and reviewing processes, budgets, and other information.· 3.4 Analyze data and processes to look for and better understand problems. Develop processes and policies to replace or improve upon current methods.· 3.5 Establish and enforce budgets and timelines.· 3.6 Present findings and pitching ideas to management and other departments so they understand recommendations or changes.· 3.7 Ensure that all initiatives align with the company’s mission and goals.· 3.8 In conjunction with QMS Representative, organize Administrative system analysis and management reporting on regular intervals, to evaluate and maintain the system effectiveness.· 3.9 Communicate with management and employees to determine any system upgrade requirements.3.10 Plan the new systems that address any issues with the current systems, check its availability and cost.· 3.11 Prepare cost-benefit analysis reports for all proposed upgrades and submit it to the management for approval.3.12 Collaborate with the IT team to implement the approved plan.· 3.13 Test the new systems to validate that they are working as expected.· 3.14 Report back on all improvements made, as well as any setbacks.· 3.15 Create training processes and documentation to teach others how to use new systems.· 3.16 Keeping up-to-date knowledge with the latest developments in production, administration and information systems.· 3.17 Monitor the system upgrading, to ensure all budget and timeline constraints are met efficiently and effectively.4- CONTENT COMPLEXITY4.1 Problems associated with evaluating and finding proper solutions to eliminate the Administrative and/or IT system issues and obtaining budget approval to implement it, on time.4.2 Problems associated with training the users on the new systems, as and when required.4.3 Problems associated with data research and analysis.4.4 Problems associated with working in limited time for upgrading the systems.4..5 Problems associated with setbacks during upgrading systems.4.6 Problems associated with timely management reporting on issues related to Administrative and/or IT System.5- LEVEL OF AUTHORITY5.1 To decide on planning Administrative and/or IT system evaluation.5.2 To decide on research data collection on systems and its analysis.5.2 To decide on finding cost effective solutions for upgrading.5.3 To decide on finding solution providers for updating the system and obtaining management approval for it.5.4 To decide on preparing cost/benefit analysis of the new system requirements.6.5 To decide on when to provide training on the new system to the end-users.6.6 To decide on when to report on management and/or IT system evaluation to the management.6- PERSON PROFILE6.1 Qualification:· Degree in English language and literature· Business-related qualifications a plus.· Strong research, math, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.3 years experience of report/ business operations and article writing.· Ability to research, analyze processes and data.·Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹167,975.00 – ₹1,084,271.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
