Salary Package: From $97,783 to $106,018 (HEW Level 7), plus 17% employer’s superannuation and annual leave loading.
Appointment Type: Full Time, fixed-term role for 2 years
Location: Macquarie University, North Ryde
THE ROLE
The Change Analyst role supports operational change activities across the Macquarie University IT Capital Program portfolio and individual projects. The role will support in the development of individual change management plans, communications plans, engagement plans, stakeholder management plans and other project required change management activities.
The Change Analyst will analyse change impacts and support change and training support required from project created change.
About You
We are seeking for a Change Analyst with experienced in supporting complex organisational change projects ideally technology, process and culture and experience with conducting change analyses, Change Impact assessments, identifying organisational readiness and risks to support the implementation of change activities.
You will have strong organisational and communication skills (written and verbal) with success in building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.

5 + years experience in IT Project change management. Specific experience with implementation and go-live is favoured
Knowledge of change management principles.
Understanding of change management practices and frameworks.
Advanced in PowerPoint skills to design engaging presentations (and other visual collateral) and Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Experience with conducting change analyses, Change Impact assessments, identifying organisational readiness and risks to support the implementation of change activities.
Experience developing stakeholder engagement plans, stakeholder communication plans, end user training plans and user acceptance testing support.
Strong organisational and communication skills (written and verbal) with success in building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
