Job Description : An exciting Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) role has just become available in of the fastest growing start ups in Jakarta.
About the Chief Marketing Officer Role:
You will responsible for defining marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Listen” to the trends of the F&B and FMCG market and direct the market research efforts
of the company
Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy focusing on brand growth
Set marketing goals and objectives for every department in the marketing division (marketing communications, brand and design, growth marketing)
Understand budget management for all the marketing activities
Determine KPIs for the marketing department
Monthly review and analyse end-to-end marketing plan and activity
To succeed in this Chief Marketing Officer role, you must have strong exposure in FMCG or F&B industry with experience growing new Brand from zero and become a market leader
Key Requirements:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
Minimum of three years’ experience as marketing director/CMO
Experience managing marketing branding and handling multiple categories of brand
Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, marketing communications, and performance marketing)
Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
Experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, etc.
Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g.press) channel
A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities, excellent organisational and time management skills
