Firewalls (Cisco FTD, ASA Firewall, UTM Firewall (Fort iGATE and Cyberoam) VPN, Gateway AV, IPS and IDS) Hand-on (Expert)
F5 – WAF, LTM (Good)
New Office setup (Expert)
Network Link Monitoring and Performance Monitoring (Expert)
ITIL Process
Microwave Link
ISP (DU and Etisalat) Coordination
Basic System Admin Knowledge (AD and Services)
Documentation
Responsibility
Ensure all the system is operating at high uptime and available for business.
Ensure the systems are kept up-to-date including versions and patch update
Ensure optimal performance of all the respective systems
Ensure systems are monitored and proactive upgrades are performed to ensure smooth functioning of systems
Recommend improvements proactively on respective areas
Follow corporate IT Policies, procedure and guidelines
Escalate incidents as per corporate IT guidelines
