A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Fraud Investigation Handler to join our Claims Investigation Team here at Somerset Bridge Ltd.
The successful candidate will have significant high value credit hire, operation/syndicate claims handling experience preferably in RTA claims. They will have a good understanding of not only the personal injury aspect of claims but of liability and indemnity issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and proactively manage a caseload of high value credit hire, fraud and injury claims
Review, resolve and proactively manage complex claims within technical limits
Drive your own performance by achieving KPIs and objectives
Liaise with our intelligence team regarding any intelligence obtained from investigations
Keep abreast of developments across the wider personal injury, credit hire and fraud claims market

Required Knowledge and Skills:
Already working within a PI/Fraud/Credit Hire area with experience of managing a PI/Fraud/Credit Hire caseload
Ability to work proactively and to tight deadlines and to take ownership for your own work
Sound technical knowledge of Credit Hire, PI and Fraud litigation, liability and indemnity
Sound knowledge of Fraud Operation/Syndicate claims and current Fraud trends
