You would own and manage Edenred UK’s content, voice and reputation across digital touch points, including social media, review sites and a forthcoming revamped website resource hub and blog. You will accelerate performance and build our future strategy to build Edenred UK’s brand profile amongst target audiences and multiple segments and drive relevant traffic to the website.Responsibilities Work with our content and PR agency to drive the B2B content programme for Edenred UK and build the profile and reputation of Edenred UKFully own organic social media strategy, including idea generation, production and scheduling of creative and engaging contentManage and optimise the use of our social media management platform, HootsuiteProduce and disseminate content for our internal social media advocate network and drive our evolving social selling strategyManage and develop our approach to social media monitoring, identifying market and competitor trendsManage the forthcoming revamped website resource hub and blog, creating SEO optimised content, working with an SEO agency to maximise search engine visibility and traffic to the website from relevant audiences and segmentsStay close to industry news, including media and competitor content to generate an engaging, thought-provoking, relevant content programmeEmbark on a video marketing transformation project better use video to promote brand, content and product messagesWork with external agency and designers to manage the production and scheduling of Connect Magazine, our quarterly digital publicationManage Edenred UK’s eReputation, including app, Trustpilot and Google reviews and social media sentimentWork closely with marketing and account managers to produce cases studies and award entriesWork closely with the customer services team to respond to and manage social media enquiriesQualitiesWe value ‘solution-seekers’, rather than ‘problem spotters’ and we love a positive attitude – people who want to make the most of every day and situation with a belief that we can always find ways to do things better.
