Job Description : We are looking forward to hiring talented and hardworking Bidding Experts to secure business from online portals like PPH, UPWORK and manage the entire bid process.The candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to interact with clients confidently.Male/ Female both are encouraged to apply.Ideal Candidate should have:University graduate; Bachelors / Masters (Computers / Business) is preferredAt least 2 years of experience in working with different bidding sites – Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other portals.Excellent verbal and written English language skillsIdeal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, self-motivated and disciplinedWriting proposals, deciding costing, estimation, online bidding, and negotiationsResponsibilitiesThe incumbent will be directly responsible for driving end-to-end sales though online bidding, for our services, from prospecting to closureBid effectively to create a work pipeline. Achieve targets while ensuring profitability through margins.Ability to communicate with the client in writing and verbally through Skype.Well rounded awareness of web and app development (you don’t need to be a coder)Meet monthly quota of projects/Sales.Building a customer database and following up on old leads as neededInteracting with customers and project development team for smooth execution of the project to ensure client retentionJob Type: Full-timeSalary: From Rs30,000.00 per month
