Job Description : The CCB Agility Control Team primary function is to solidify an effective control framework across the CCB Agile Product Architecture, looking within and across the lines of business, to identify and remediate control issues with a sense of urgency regardless of the source. The Team will partner with the CCB Agility Office and all other control disciplines, adding an additional line of defense supporting Compliance, Risk and Audit, among others. The Team will work in partnership on the development of new, and oversight of existing, control functions and protocols throughout the Firm and will provide a centralized view of and from all control functions, assisting in immediate, real time problem detection and escalation. This process will enable the firm to engage the appropriate teams in a timely manner, and provide the ability to quickly remediate critical control issues across all the impacted areas of the firm. While ultimate responsibility for the effectiveness of the control environment rests with the LOB CEO’s and the Corporate Function Heads, the Control Team will partner closely with business partners, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Audit, Finance, and ITRM functions. Candidates can expect to work with cross-firm Corporate and LOB Operations Risk Management areas on the development and enhancement of an effective Control organization.
This role will directly support the CCB Agility Controls Team to build out agile control reporting, including the Strategic Priority Assessment process, and will partner closely with Strategic Control Program (SCP) Reporting manager/team working with Line of Business Control Teams, Business Owners, and Compliance Officers and Operational Risk Managers within Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) to ensure broad and proactive data-driven qualitative analysis. The role will coordinate and aggregate data from different sources primarily Jira and build reports ensuring an accurate, timely, and effective reporting process. This position will be a key member of the CCB Agility Control Team that will support and partner with the other strategy teams driving enhancements to the control environment framework and participating in discussions to assess appropriateness of metrics, control limits and implications of observed results.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with Controls team to define and document reporting requirements; coordinate/lead UAT with appropriate report users to verify reporting output accuracy.
Understand/learn business process flow and available data elements to assist with developing report requirements, ensuring business objective/intentions are satisfied with output.
Manage change management requests and update documented report requirements to ensure document remains evergreen with post launch changes.
Leverage analytical tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Qlikview, Python, SQL…) to design and develop reporting and insights
Ensure quality of deliveries, set development standards in areas of code quality, test coverage, monitoring, logging, exception management and documentation
Evaluate data, and develop Business Intelligence dashboards and reports
Review existing business reporting and processes and evaluate alternative solutions to drive improvements in the process.

Skill Set

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or other business related field.
5 – 10 years professional work experience
3+ years’ experience in Banking or similar industry
3+ years’ of experience in Data Visualization or any Analytical tools.
Experience with Agile development methodology and continuous delivery
Ability to efficiently manage concurrent assignments and quickly react to changing or competing priorities.
Ability to work with a strong sense of urgency and meet critical deadlines.
Advanced skills in Alteryx, Tableau, Qlikview, Python, SQL, etc.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management.
Flexible, adaptable to shifting priorities; able to work in a fast-paced, results driven environment with limited to moderate supervision
