You’re a rare unicorn who is equally passionate about business, has a clear understanding of the inner workings of product management and is a staunch advocate for the user.
You have a clear and methodical approach to collecting quantitative and qualitative data points to influence stubborn Product Managers to listen to your arguments.
You’re a digital native, happy to play around with a ton of apps and able to report insights and quirks of your country to product managers.
You are thrilled by the challenge of having to influence teams sitting thousands of kilometers away and you have an innate sense of pride for doing a job well done.
You are conscious that companies continuously make tradeoffs and you have the energy and the passion to keep yourself up and continue your journey when you stumble.
You will be measured by how many of your insights are implemented by the various product teams.

Responsibilities:
Gather and evaluate business and user requirements specific for your country to be a strong advocate and stakeholder during conversations with product teams.
Regularly monitor country-specific dashboards to make sure business in your country is following expectations.
Represent the interests of the country MD, the users of your country, the operation and marketing teams to influence product managers and make sure the work planned fits the needs of your country.
Be equally present during planning and during testing, to guarantee the voice of your country is well represented.
Be passionate about data, work closely with the UX Research team and be familiar and up-to-date with all the sources of customer input that are at your disposal.
Collaborate daily with a diverse set of specialists.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in large organizations, familiarity with influencing remote stakeholders without authority.
Fluent in written and spoken English and the local language of the country
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Thriving in uncertain environments.
Self-starter.
Have critical and creative thinking.
Well-organized and detail-oriented.
Passionate about creating the best experience for users.
Have a growth mindset and continuous self-improvement spirit.
