Job Description : Job Title: Creative ArtworkerReporting to: Senior Artworker and Production ManagerDepartment: Marketing – Brand and Marketing OpsJob Function:Working within the Chelsea FC inhouse creative studio and reporting into the Senior Creative Artworker, you will be responsible for creating artwork for a range of projects covering 2D and 3D designs for print and digital. You will be required to translate design layouts into production ready files across a wide range of formats, materials, substrates and applications. Exceptional attention to detail and understanding of the production processes will be expected to ensure designs are produced to a high-quality standard and finish.Main Responsibilities:Expertly create and deliver on print and digital communications across a broad range of channels including: signage & venue branding, large format graphics, web, social media and app, gif banners, magazines, programs, stationary, event display, menus, tickets, newsletters, literature, merchandise.Take master visuals and roll the creative out across multiple assets and formats (digital & print)Bring visual concepts to life through engaging layout, with a strong eye for typography and content hierarchyProficient in After Effects and able to bring static content to life is a bonusRetouching of imagery and colour correctionManage and complete stakeholder feedback and amendsSupport the Senior Creative Artworker in providing accurate technical advice and solutions to the wider teamSupport the design team in rolling-out design concepts, presentation decks and creating print ready artworkProactively monitor artwork quality, accuracy and consistencyWork proactively under own initiative and as part of the design team to develop templates and streamline processes within the studioEnsure all executions are consistent, conform to brand guidelines and are suitable for multi-specifications and size ratios.Prepare master files and templates, specifications, mark-up, proof and check all artwork.Multi-task and prioritise across multiple projects in accordance with agreed production deadlines.Support the Senior Creative Artworker in liaising with external production suppliers managing the transfer of files and the overall production process to completion.Work closely with the Senior Creative Artworker and Creative Lead to ensure all projects are delivered on time and according to briefs and that the creative integrity is not lost at the production stage. Ensure deadlines are met and assets are delivered on time.Support the Studio in the maintenance of the server and it’s assets, ensuring accurate filing and archiving of filesPrepare master files and templates, specifications, mark-up, proof and check all artwork.Key skills:Methodical: Technically minded, orderly and systematic. Enjoys working with specifications, developing efficient methods and templates.Control: Impeccable attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines and manage delivery expectations.Production: Extensive knowledge of 2D and 3D print production techniques across a wide variety of materials and surfaces.Software: Extensive knowledge of graphic design with advanced skills using all Adobe Creative Software, After Effects. Knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint and template creation.Interpersonal: Good interpersonal skills. Positive attitude. Enjoys working as part of a team as well as working independently. Good listening skills.Responsive: Adaptive to changes and able to multi-task, without compromising on standards, on a number of projects at any given time.Brand: Sound understanding of brand development and the expression of the brand across multiple channels.English Language: Excellent written and verbal English language to be able to proof read and provide quality assurance on a wide range of communication and projects.Experience Required:Previous demonstrable experience working client-side or agency experience.Solid experience as a Creative Artworker working across multiple brands and on a broad range of projects in-house or within a creative, marketing, design or brand agency.A strong portfolio demonstrating precision, production and editing skills across a wide range of 2D and 3D print projects.Proficient in latest design software (Adobe Creative Suite), After Effects and Microsoft office software.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:8 hour shift
