Job Description : TikTok’s Creator Solutions team is committed to promoting innovative, creator-led marketing solutions that allow brands to succeed on our platform. Our team needs an inventive, high-EQ influencer marketing guru focused on the Indonesian market who can bring these advertisers’ visions to life with exciting, memorable sponsored content.
Creator Solutions sits within the TikTok Creator Marketing Solutions organisation, which includes the TikTok Creator Marketplace as well as the products, programs, and services that enrich creator marketing on TikTok. This role will report into the Head of Creator Solutions (APAC) and will be working on the team that is charting a new path for the world’s top advertisers to grow their businesses via creator partnerships.
Candidates must have experience working with social influencers in a commercial context and be prepared to explain how they coax the best work out of every influencer, every time. They should be equally comfortable answering campaign performance questions from a marketing director as interacting with social stars on Zooms and group chats.
Responsibilities
Lead creator marketing campaign activations with TikTok creators from start (recommending creators) to finish (publishing content) for key clients.
Research and synthesize market-specific best practices for creator partnerships and disseminate via internal and external docs & collateral.
Plan and moderate creator-led workshops to better educate key clients on how to succeed on TikTok.
Partner with TikTok sales teams to strengthen relationships with key clients and support upfront marketing agreements via innovative creator strategies.
Coordinate with Creator Operations team to understand local creator communities and emerging trends within the market.
Assist Legal and Operations team in creator contracting & payment process.
5-8 years of relevant experience working with social influencers for marketing or advertising purposes.
Expert in influencer marketing with deep knowledge and first-hand experience working with social influencers for end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
Direct experience supporting the advertising RFP process and a fluent understanding of digital marketing tactics and KPIs.
Experience presenting to brand and ad agency clients.
Experience creating content on TikTok platform.
Excellent oral and written communication skills across every relevant channel (phone, email, text, social DM, etc).
Exceptional attention to detail and respect for process even when external circumstances are messy and unpredictable.
Entrepreneurial thinker who will recommend business improvements before being asked for fixes.
