Job Description : Role: Customer Care ExecutiveIndustry Type: E-commerceFunctional Area: Customer Care ExecutiveEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentRole Category: Customer Care & Supply Chain ManagementEducation: UG, Any GraduateAs a Customer Care Representative at Merricart, you will be the central link between the customer, operations, and Online sales team to ensure client’s needs / Orders are met in the most efficient and cost effective way. In this exciting role, you will be part of the Active Ecommerce operations team in Bangalore.In this position you will: Operational Excellence: Manage online sales order process from receipt of order through to shipment with assigned customers. Resolve issues, confirm pricing and inventory availability. Ensure orders are delivered on time and manage customer expectations.Resolution Management: Properly identify the right communication method based on the sense of urgency and issue. Know how to diffuse a difficult situation and get resolution with a customer. Provide coverage and support accounts for other team members as necessary.Supply Chain Management: Organize all aspects of the supply chain Vendors / Sellers which include order entry, shipments/delivery, freight details/organization, existing transfer prices, product availability in stock, and forecasts.
