Job Description : EXO Edge is looking for a dynamic Customer Support Coordinator to help stay compliant with client requirements, report issues and work with the team to resolve issues.
In your journey at EXO Edge, you will be:
Primarily focused on:
Exemplary service delivery to internal and external customers
Managing queries and requests, interpreting client requests and resolving issues
Manage the delivery of services in accordance with the applicable processes, stipulated timeframes and business objectives.
Effectively prioritizing requests from all stakeholders to ensure requests are addressed in a timely way
Fulfilling the below roles and responsibilities:
Action request emails sent to inbox and monitor through to completion
Extract operational reports as required
Understand and comply with changes to account procedures
Manage incoming work in-line with current procedures
Action and manage account requests for the resolution of queries, the rectification of any identified issues and complaints, and assisting with other requests
Develop an awareness and understanding of contract requirements, locations, specific information, and up to date on any changes
Ensure full compliance with policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, codes, and standards
Bringing in the below experience:
4+ years of sales/customer support experience in a global organization
Experience in the facilities management industry will be an added advantage
Educational Qualification:
Graduation or Post Graduation from a reputed institute
Technically sound in:
MS Office suite of applications
Customer relationship management applications
Based at:
This position will be based in our Mohali office
Shift timings:
Australian shifts (shifts from 3am IST onwards)
