Job Description : The role is responsible for the strategic alignment, technology roadmap and day-to-day running of the data technology platforms, tools and technical resources/capabilities for delivery of the data platform and data visualisation tools across News Corp Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate platform technical systems
Establish, maintain and participate in ongoing support mechanisms to ensure that the platform is supported to agreed service levels.
Lead the platform at the application architecture level.
Translate business and technical requirements into a working system.
Provide input into solution designs.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues down to the code level.
Evaluate technologies to assess fit for purpose.
Maintain the technical currency of the platform.
Establish and facilitate the sustainable platform BAU delivery flow.
