Skills required:
• Having 9+ Years of IT experience in Analysis, Technical Design, Development, Testing and Documentation in SAP Business Objects and Microsoft Power BI (BW/BO and Power BI)

Worked on Universe Designer/Information Design tool in 4.0/4.2 and have generated reports using Web Intelligence and Crystal Reports to develop and publish Canned /Ad Hoc Reports
Used Power BI, Power Pivot to develop data analysis prototype, and used Power View and Power Map to visualize reports
Worked on Hana as a data source creating Scorecard components, spread sheet components and global filters
Extensive working experience in Development Project, Migration, and good knowledge in debugging.
Expertise in BW Modeling and box Reporting with ADSO, CP and Info cubes.
Experience in up gradation, Migration from BO XI3 to SAP BO 4.0 using Up gradation Management tool.
Good understanding on 5-tier architecture (Client tier, Application tier, Intelligence tier, processing tier, Data tier).
Proficient in creating Adhoc reports using Business Objects functionalities such as Queries, Master/Detail and Formula, Slice and Dice, Drilling, Cross Tab and Charts.
Expertise in Universe designing, developing, and generating, Ad-hoc, dashboard reports, List of Values along with User acceptance test and data accuracy test.
Having good knowledge in Business Objects Support environment and knowledge in Admin activities like User, Group and Folder creation, Security levels.
Extensive experience in streamlining support and operational activities for BO environments
Knowledge on Data warehousing concepts like Star Schema, Snowflake schema, Extended star schema.
Should Have Good Knowledge in creating Crystal Reports using various functionalities like Sub-Reports, Group Expert, Highlighting Expert, Summary Expert and Hyper linking etc.
Experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) such as Designing, Developing, Testing, Migrating and Security Management. Good analytical, interpersonal skills and a good team player with excellent oral and written communication skills. Willingness to learn new technologies and the ability to put them into practice.
Requirement gathering and developed various reports as per the Business requirements.
Designing the Universe, created Contexts and Aliases for resolving Loops in the Universes to improve performance.
Adding an analytic component to an application
Setting up an analytic or a basic component as a filter
flashing static and dynamic text in an application
Adding a dimension filter and filter panel to an application, Setting up a variable for currency
Modified existing universes and implemented new universes according the reporting needs by detecting cardinalities, resolving traps and using contexts and also developed hierarchies and derived tables.
Involved in Designed Business objects semantic layers (IDT, UDT).
Designed and developed Business Objects universes.
Created reports with different functionalities like Alerts, Sorting, Break, Filters, and Prompts.
Exported the Universes to the Repository to make resources available to the users.
Creation of different types of reports, such as Master/Detail, Cross Tab and Chart (for trend analysis). Use of filters, conditions, calculations, etc.
Understanding the user Requirements and prepared Low level Technical Specification documents for all the WebI reports.
Scheduling and Monitoring of BO Reports based on their frequency to the Shared Folder
Good to have :
Migration experience from On Premise to Cloud Azure
Data warehousing implementation experience
Knowledge of Oracle Database , Synapse , Netezza
