Job Description : MPowerUrge is hiring for a MNCJob Role/Key Responsibilities:Looking to hire an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer who would be part of its Sales Operations team.He/ She would play a vital role in continually improving and enhancing our Salesforce platform. Our Salesforce is of great importance for us and is one of the most important wheel in our Sales management / CRM process.As a critical salesforce team member, individual should be able to understand the existing system setup, suggest best practices / process improvement solutions aligned with the company’s CRM objectivesAn apt candidate for us would be who can take full ownership of SF platform from development perspective and also work alongside Salesforce Administrator to make our CRM better than current state and easy to use for all users.Responsible for Validating business requirements and any considerations (security. scalability, limits)Designing and developing the solution in Salesforce Sandbox post approval from users.Thoroughly testing the functionality and providing the Demo to the users to take their feedback / approval before replicating these in production orgDevelop Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirementsCustom User Interface development, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages and Lightning Web ComponentsUse Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organizationAdhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/ maintain test classes for all custom development.Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code. Integrating and maintaining business applications to Salesforce, such as Adobe Sign, NetSuite etc.Responsible for bug tracking Process and debuggingRequired background:. 5 years of experience as salesforce Developer, Should have experience on Sales Cloud.
