Bringing energy, creativity and passion we want you to lead the provision of organisational development in our Trust acting as a key influencer in sustaining and developing the Trust’s culture and supporting all our leaders to put our people at the heart of everything we do.
You will act as an advocate for effective people change, supporting the development of sustainable change across the Trust’s most strategically important services and programmes. You will deliver our organisational strategy through high level organisational design, team effectiveness and performance.
You will lead our approach to the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of our people, and take responsibility for driving positive employment experience, reward and recognition.
You will deliver a programme of leadership development across the Trust, embedding a strong culture of positive values-based leadership behaviours. You will also lead our talent management portfolio to ensure our people have the opportunities to be their best.
You will report directly to the Chief People Officer and work as a key member of their senior team to deliver the wider Workforce & OD Strategy.
This is a fabulous opportunity for you to develop your career and we are happy to work with you in that development.
You will need highly specialist knowledge of one or more HR topics acquired through degree and/or professional HR qualification plus additional training or equivalent experience to Masters level or equivalent. Ideally you will be a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development or equivalent experience.
