Part and process Data Preparation and Review.Detail Concept Level Design preparation.Concept Layout Preparation and review.Creation Of task, Delegation to Team, monitoring and Maintaining the sameSupervising the team as per function system requirementComplete Responsibility-Design Quality, Output, timeliness, budget, customer Req.Take Care of Std Design Program and Usage.Budget and Design Cost planning and monitoring.Cross-Functional Leadership for Meeting-Solving Issue, clarity and handover.Handling Of Big Size Project and Yearly Target 30 to 35 Cr.Adherence to QMS system.Review of detailed design for correctness, completeness.Preparation Project Planning & Schedule- Design Activity.Performance Evaluation feedback – Team Members.Confirmation of leave Plan for Team Member.Project Kick OFF Meeting – for understanding and Risk Identification.Inter Dept Meeting For Review, project Sign off and releasing.Design Review Meeting and clarity with cross Function Team- project/build /vendor/detailing- CDRM.Design Submission and approval meeting With customer.The project-based company, Machine tool/ SPM Machine mfg, Industrial Automation, Material Handling, Assembly Line, Well versed with ERP, MS Office.Design Tool – Solid Edge , Autocad , GD &T.Communication Skill and Leadership Quality .Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹200,659.00 – ₹508,966.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:total work: 9 years (Preferred)
