Job Description : DEDIQ is a
Munich-based, operative investor focusing on innovative and fast-growing
companies. For our new FSI Unit (SAP Fioneer) emerging from a strategic
partnership with SAP, we are looking for dynamic new colleagues to build up and
develop our financial solutions for the next generation‘s banking and insurance
industry.

SAP Fioneer will use
its agility to build a modern, cloud-focused FSI specific portfolio. The
company will offer solutions to financial service providers tailored to address
their needs and that cover their operative processes end-to-end. This will help
banks, insurers and other corporations to lower the need for home-grown
solutions to enable new business models achieving rapid innovation, low IT cost
and getting to a simplified operating model.

The financial services development team is a global
and is spread across 3 different continents. In the teams, we follow the SCRUM
method and practice an agile and trust-based working model. As an integral
member of the team in Bangalore, India, you will be contributing to the
transaction banking product and work as a fully contributing team member
committed to a robust product with high quality.

Our transactional banking solutions are at the heart
of our customer’s business. These mission critical solutions are constantly
enhanced to be feature rich.

Tasks

PRODUCT TECHNOLOGY STACK

Languages – ABAP
Scripting Languages –Python
UI – HTML 5, SAP

UI5 & FIORI

Storage & Databases –SAP HANA, AnyDB, Hadoop
Business Technology Platform, Restful API and Machine Learning

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As a Developer you will be a team member
in our cross-functional SCRUM team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for
developing very high-quality software with your team.

Expectations:

Demonstrate excellent development, quality & delivery skills in

scrum teams; working in short development and release cycles.

Work with geographically distributed teams seamlessly.
Exhibit learning agility by quickly upskilling on new tasks and

concepts.

Follow agile software engineering methods and develop software including

coding, testing, quality assurance, and documentation.

Tasks:
Your tasks depend on the current backlog

in each sprint and comprise the following activities:

You will analyze requirements, clarify

open questions and fully understand the details and boundary conditions of the
new features that you develop.

You will write design documents for new

software features and review them with your scrum team.

You will develop according to the reviewed

design and carry out developer tests.

You will support team members to test the

new features by providing input and reviewing test cases.

You will support your team members in the

User Assistance group to develop documentation for the software.

You will test the new software and correct

it during the internal test phase (functional integration test)

You will correct issues in the software

during customer tests (solution acceptance test)

Requirements

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering or comparable

qualification

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
An excellent understanding of data structures & algorithms
Excellent understanding about the concepts of functional and

object-oriented paradigms

WORK Experience

4 to 7 years of relevant experience
Good experience in the product technology stack mentioned above
Experience in SAP application development or an expertise in financial

services application development would be an advantage.

Based out of Bangalore

0-10% travel
