Overview
Our Development Operations (DevOps) team offers highly standardized solutions to serve the growing demand for flexible and reliable storage platforms. We are looking for a DevOps Lead to manage projects and act as a storage product manager. In this role, you will be accountable for the Operations for all Storage Services initiatives including Run The Business (RTB), Change The Business (CTB), and externally funded CTB for all storage technologies. Your Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accountability for L1, L2, L3 RUN activities
Manage technical aspects of products and services such as improvement of standardization, maintenance of service disruptions, efficiency, and automation
Handle Incident Management, including priority service restoration, and problem management, such as investigations and root cause analysis
Manage end-to-end accountability of all P1, P2, P3 issues
Facilitate end-to-end delivery of programs within a Scrum, overseeing projects from initiation through to completion
Backlog Execution, app level sprint planning and adherence to the process (Kick off Meeting, Solution Design, Product Orders Raised, etc)
Your Skills and Experience:
Understanding of infrastructure technology across a broad range of infrastructure products, supporting data centers, storage, and backup services
Familiarity of core ITIL functions including Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management
Knowledge of all architectural disciplines
Experience with Business management, financial systems, and product management
Ability to develop, deliver and support storage products that ensure the reliability and operation of the organization’s storage infrastructure
