Description & Requirements
Create- develop and maintain our social media platform presence through competitive research and audience identification.
Query the data warehouse- digital analytics data (including GA) together with the BI toolset to extract insights from internal and external data
Deliver insight outputs via data visualization tools- MS Excel- PowerPoint as appropriate to support digital regular presentation to all Marketing stakeholders
Develop insight to understand the key target audiences- working with other insight team members and marketing on providing content and editorial calendars with syndication schedules.
Monitor- track- analyse Kraft Heinz Asset performance using web and social media analytic tools and report on a weekly/monthly/campaign basis
Synthesize data from social listening and other trend generation tools into actionable insights.
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics- insights- and best practices for upcoming initiatives.
Have excellent communication skills and be able to express our brand and company’s views creatively.
Brings innovation and always in the forefront of new social media channel and trends
Coordinate and provide guidance on how to manage user generated content (UGC) through community management and outreach to content creators
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
3 years of experience in social media content strategy- operations & analytics
Strong understanding of Indonesia Social Media landscape and consumer/audience behavior
Hands-on experience in delivering creative content- editorial- copywriting skills & timeline management
Hands-on experience developing insights from social listening
Experience in growing and maintaining social communities
Working knowledge of Google Analytics- Social Media Analytics and Listening Tools like Sprinklr- Sprout Social- Social Bakers- Hootsuite- etc.
Familiar with SEO and keyword research
