Job Description : JOB PURPOSE
Asurion is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the APAC Product and Marketing Team. You will be responsible for developing, executing and reporting strategic digital marketing initiatives across Asia Pacific. The digital campaigns you create and own, will create brand awareness but most importantly drive customer acquisitions.

The right candidate for this role is a digital marketing strategist with hands-on experience in digital media planning, tracking and conversion funnel optimization, managing digital campaigns across multiple channels (e.g. paid social, display, search, etc).
You are analytical and experienced in measuring the effectiveness and impact of digital marketing, proactively identifying and fine-tuning campaigns to optimize performance. You will have an excellent understanding of Google Analytics /Ads, Facebook Ads, Datastudio and third-party tools like SEMRush, hrefs etc.
While your strength is analytical, you should also be creative, with the ability to work with the greater marketing team to develop new campaign ideas, clearly articulating campaign messages and a value proposition. In most cases your audiences are B2C, however a good understanding of B2B messaging will help in the support of country initiatives.
A key component of the role will also be the measurement and development of SEO content strategies, working with the internal team to develop organic web and social content that helps drive and build niche segments.
You must be a self-starter, someone who is constantly looking for improvements in the digital space, questioning data and delving into the detail to understand and improve metrics. You will take immense pride in owning the digital account and constantly asking, why? Your role will be largely autonomous with the mandate to drive sales within corporate and regulatory parameters.

Job Responsibilities
Take the lead with digital ad campaigns to drive brand awareness, engage audiences and generate consumer sales through multiple digital (social and search) channels.
Deliver timely campaigns throughout the year that are aligned with business objectives and product launches / enhancements, as well as continue building the brand story.
Lead the wider product and marketing team in brainstorming ideas to create original, thought-provoking, and creative content to be used across paid marketing channels.
Drive the day-to-day digital media operations including campaign set-up and optimisation to maximise engagement, conversion rate and overall ROI
Communicate actionable insights to key stakeholders and make proactive recommendations for creative enhancements and optimisation of homepages, landing pages and user funnels.
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies and campaigns, bringing out the talent of peers through facilitated digital marketing workshops.
Build and manage analytics dashboards (Datastudio / PowerBI or similar) evaluating digital media campaign performance and optimise budget allocation.
Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes.
Develop omni channel programs (email/push/in-app/media) delivering segmented notifications that are proven by both quantitative and qualitative measurements.
Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
Develop joint marketing plans and initiatives with digital partners (B2B / B2C) and alliances with regional objectives to achieve business and revenue growth targets
Responsible for planning and driving all sales KPIs and ROI for campaigns, rolls up sleeves.
Key Requirements
A proven self-starter with an inquisitive mind, attention to detail and a creative flair
Results driven with ability to quantify performance and optimize results driving all digital KPIs and ROI for campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing or equivalent
5-7+ years’ experience in digital marketing and campaign management with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms and best practices
A digital marketing background in tech, insurtech or consumer tech products is an advantage.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and social media advertising (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn)
Experience managing PPC, SEO and Email marketing campaigns
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Not be afraid to challenge the status quo and proactively surface challenges and solutions, driving best practices and excellence.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts in a collaborative and fast-moving tech marketing environment.
Demonstrate creative abilities to develop campaign concepts collaboratively working with external agencies or internal creative teams.
Excellent written and verbal language skills in English
Experience working with stakeholders across countries in APAC
Passion for social media and media intelligence, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to quickly grasp technology concepts
Proficient in understanding marketing research and statistical analysis
Curious, proactive and enjoys challenging the norm with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills
