The International (EMEA and APJ) region is the fastest growing region at Sonatype and we are excited to create a brand new role to accelerate further growth within these important territories. The Digital Marketing Manager will create and manage the International digital marketing strategy that will help grow and scale our business.
The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical and can conceptualise and execute a digital campaign from start to finish while optimising for quality conversions.
We are looking for a digital native who has experience managing organic, paid and web channels designed to achieve lead and pipeline objectives from specific ideal companies.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital demand growth strategies and processes that help accelerate business objectives and drive better efficiencies across the organisation.
About you
Understanding and experience of working across multi-language territories
Experience working in digital marketing and paid media with enterprise class technologies
Experience in ABM, SEO, CRO, website management, digital performance reporting and A/B and Multivariate testing
Experience with advertising platforms – Programmatic Display, ADWords, Bing, LinkedIn, Industry Publications
Experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio
Experience managing digital agencies
Performance attribution reporting and data modeling
Deep understanding of modern marketing technologies
Proven in delivering meaningful business resultsADWords certification preferred
Experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot or Salesforce

Responsibilities and Duties
Lead the development of the International (EMEA and APJ) digital marketing strategy to include cross-channel brand awareness, lead generation campaigns, website conversion optimisation, paid and organic search performance and digital program performance analysis and reporting
Manage the localisation of digital assets (advertising, SEM) that support regional campaigns
Develop and implement digital media strategies designed to successfully target ABM audiences to drive lead generation and marketing pipeline growth.
Manage day-to-day local-language paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including ADWords, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Xing and DSPs
Collaborate across the marketing departments to execute online promotions that accelerate lead and ABM account movement through the funnel
Manage International paid advertising budget, define KPIs, analyse and report on digital advertising metrics while continuously optimising online campaigns for improved performance.
Partner with Field, Partner and Product Marketing teams to ensure effective execution of regional and product digital campaigns.
Create and manage reports of the digital marketing contribution to the pipeline, and assess their performance throughout the entire funnel.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Experience: 5 – 6 years in Digital marketing and paid media( Required )
Graduation: Bachelor’s Degree( Required )
Proficient in English( Required )
