Job Description : This role is responsible for overall digital strategy, campaign planning & execution, and digital capability building.
Core Job Responsibilities :
Digital strategy development for total brand & specific platforms
Lead digital media plan
Execution plan and content development to support the strategy
Integration of different digital platforms
Utilization of paid/own/earn media
Maximize synergy with brand/CRM/ethical teams
Ensure compliance of company approval process & related guidelines relating to digital asset development
Overall planning and executing digital marketing programs
Develop digital campaign development flow & process from planning to briefing to execution.
Clearly develop R&R in the process.
Proactively build extensive network with digital vendors and agencies for any potential co-operation opportunity
Ensure effective & on-going tracking system in place to improve campaign effectiveness o Budget and KPI management
Digital capability building
Review and identify best practices in related & adjacent categories, local & around the world, and share with team on regular basis.
Explore and identify joint business planning workshop with key digital vendors.
Proactively build extensive network with digital vendors to identify the best fit in accordance to the brand’s requirement.
Stay on top of global & local digital trends to explore the best digital opportunities
Minimum Requirements :
University Degree in Marketing or Business Management preferred
At least 7 years of digital marketing (in house or agency side) experience, preferably consumer or baby products
At least 3 years of people management experience
Good team leader & player with strong growth mindset, excellent communication, interpersonal, project management, and analytical skills
Fluent in spoken and written English
