Job Description : Digital Marketing Manager JobLocation: Thiruvananthapuram, KeralaElsys is looking to hire a digital marketing manager to be responsible for Elsys’s digital marketing strategy, including: paid search and advertising campaigns, marketing automation efforts, email marketing initiatives, and search engine optimization. Individual should have a successful track record of scaling paid digital media efforts and reporting on metrics to leadership.Responsibilities: Set up and build out of paid media channels accounts in all social media platformsProvide keyword research & analysis and review landing pages for keyword optimizationMonitor campaigns, budgets and performanceDevelop and employ monthly email marketing campaignsAnalyze click-through rates, conversion rates and relevant KPIsTrack campaign performance through daily pacing reports, weekly analysis reports, and monthly budget allocation reporting.Produce monthly campaign reportsmaximize online marketing campaignsTrack the ROI of paid channels and report to the leadershipManage a team of digital marketing specialists; analyze performance of team members.Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in marketing or related disciplineexperience, marketing automation, email marketingProven experience carrying out impactful digital campaigns that drive valuable resultsSolid understanding of paid media landscape, including new/shifting platforms and solutionsWillingness and ability to stay up-to-date on new digital marketing trends and opportunitiesHighly organized with an ability to manage resources, budgets, and onsite personnelStrong communication skills – written and oralHighly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a timeJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEvening shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Digital marketing: 3 years (Required)total work: 5 years (Required)Application Deadline: 06/03/2022
