Our design process is collaborative and iterative. Our work encompasses graphics and identity, products and packaging, exhibitions and installations, websites and digital experiences, advertising and communications, sound and motion. We are looking for a digital marketing expert. As the Marketing Campaign Specialist, your role will be focusing on daily operational management of all non-organic digital marketing and advertising initiatives by budgeting, analyzing, finetuning, optimizing, building, testing, tracking, and monitoring our funnels, including their respective content.You will be responsible for growing our digital advertising acquisition and activation success by implementing appropriate campaigns for each channel, defining audience targeting parameters, ensuring all campaign data tracks accurately, daily checking/adjusting of campaigns for quality control, and surveilling trends in the campaigns or app to optimize overall results.Responsibilities: Maintaining and developing paid search, paid job boards, paid social media, and digital paid marketing strategies based on existing advertising accountsCreating and measuring targeted campaigns to drive web/app traffic and increase overall lead generation from, but not limited to Google, Microsoft, Taboola, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter adsBuilding, monitoring and optimizing Top, Middle, Bottom of funnel and App Usage campaignsRefreshing and testing ad copy, ad visuals, and landing page designs to maximize conversion rates, CPA, and CACConsistently monitor, maintain, and adjust all accounts, as well as create relevant negative keywords, complete keyword research, forecasting models, adjust bids, target audiences, conduct competitor research, etc.Research new Google/Microsoft/Facebook/Indeed/ZipRecruiter capabilities and settings to stay competitive in the market, capitalizing on new metrics and capabilities of the platformsMonitor all landing pages, forms, and in-app activity to maximize conversion rates and create A/B tests to experiment with different parts of the acquisition and activation funnelsEffectively use Google Analytics, Rockerbox, Adjust, Firebase, Mixpanel, Segment, and Braze to measure the success of your marketing activitiesIdeal Candidate Characteristics4+ years professional work experience in PPC marketing, Google Ads, Facebook advertising, Microsoft Ads, retargeting, marketing automation, campaign nurturing, audience building, campaign reporting, and conversion rate optimization – experience with mobile app marketing a plusDemonstrable success in advertising account growth and performance with managing monthly marketing budgets of $5K to $50KEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work and make decisions independently based on data and advise upper management of the strategy and learningsCreative thinking abilities to spot original branding opportunities, test unique funnel flows, identify new industry or social trends, utilize audience behavior for mass personalized advertising, understand how wants and needs impact engagement, etc.Skills/Knowledge You Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, or communication Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent customer service skills and attention to detailAbility to successfully manage your workload and results while working remotelyAdvanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google OptimizeAdvanced knowledge on conversion and data tracking using UTMs, First Party Cookies, JavaScriptAdvanced knowledge of attribution modeling to optimize CPA, conversion rate, and ROASAdvanced experience with event-based marketing automation platforms like Customer.io, Braze, or IterableAdvanced experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook adsExperience creating, managing and allocating marketing budgets for advertising growthExperience developing and managing campaign dashboardsJob Type: Full-timeEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:digital marketing: 3 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
