Job Description : About Your Role
Reporting to the General Manager of Digital, this is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Product Owner to join our team and lead our customer-facing insights and engagement platform. Altius Group provides health and wellbeing services to people in workplaces across Australia. In doing so we conduct assessments of our clients health, onboard and lead them through our services, and document their health journeys. These workflows are critical to the quality and breadth of care we provide and are essential to capturing and demonstrating the health outcomes we create.
You will be responsible for a suite of digital products, capturing and managing our clients health journeys, from strategy and initial ideas, through to implementation, support, to continuous improvement. You will establish an effective cross-functional product team and culture to support the development and management of these services, delivering meaningful client and customer value.

What Were Looking For In You
Tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) with Agile Product Owner qualifications/experience.
Experience in leading DXP technologies and customer facing insights solutions.
Experience leading-by-influence and working as part of a cross-functional team.
Analytical and strategic thinker.
Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills and stakeholder management with internal partners and external customers.
This role is a Fixed Term Contract (maternity leave backfill) for 9 months.
