Responsibilities:
Own development practices and standards for the larger product development practice

Own the technical architecture, drive engineering design and should play a key role in technical

decisions

Ability to solve complex technical issues and implement large scale distributed systems

Prioritize and deliver feature roadmap for the larger development team

Work efficiently with a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, developers, and

Testers.

Participate in code review, system design and high performing scalable application architecture

Continuously improve the productivity by identifying investments in technology, process, and

continuous delivery

Deliver regular and timely feedback to the engineering team for continuous improvements

Collaborate with Talent acquisition team to drive sourcing and recruitment.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent work experience

A minimum 10-year relevant professional experience

A minimum 3 years of experience in technical architecture and system design experience

Experience in Agile project development methodologies

Experience in more than 2 modern JavaScript frameworks like, React Js, Node Js, Angular Js and

Vue Js

Experience in more than 1 backend programming languages such as Python, Node/Express Js,

Java, Spring Boot

Experience in successfully implementing RESTful API's using different services or technologies

Experience in any one Sql and NoSql database systems like, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL,

Oracle, etc.

Experience in low code platforms like Appian and PowerApps would be a plus

Experience in at least 1 or 2 cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Oracle etc.

Experience in deploying and managing application in cloud with CI/CD pipeline, docker,

Kubernetes and serverless architecture

Should have sound knowledge in Unit and Automation testing frameworks for different

technologies and programming languages

Knowledge in AI/ML would be a plus

Experience leading teams that built software products at scale

Experience building large scale performant application and services

Clear and confident spoken and written communications.
