Xeeva is seeking an experienced Dot Net Developer to join our exceptional team! In this full-time role, you’ll have the opportunity to design and develop new, cutting-edge software solutions and contribute to existing mission-critical applications. The primary tech stack includes .NET and/or .NET CORE, C#, Angular, and various database engines such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL.
Successful candidates will have experience creating applications from scratch and be able to quickly learn and get settled into existing architectures, be comfortable working in both an Agile team environment as well as in an independent, self-directed setting with complete accountability and transparency, and be an effective and clear communicator.
Important Things You Will Do:
Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, and systems design.
Collaborate with team and clients to produce efficient software design and architecture.
Write clean, scalable code with an emphasis on efficiency and reusability.
Test and deploy applications, systems, and features.
Revise, update, refactor, and debug code.
Improve existing systems and applications.
Assist in documentation development throughout the software development life cycle.
Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
Participate in the Agile process, including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, and Retros.

Our Ideal Candidate (with a combination of education and work experience):
Graduate or post-graduate work in computer science or information communication preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on development experience.
A strong understanding of RESTful API standards, Micro service architecture.
Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular JS, etc.
Experience with TDD.
Good to have experience in Talend.
Solid understanding of database design, implementation, and interaction from code via Entity.
Framework or other ORMs. SQL Server or Oracle experience preferred.
Strong C# and .NET development skills• Ability to grasp nuances of business quickly.
Ability to problem solve and break down the complex problem into solvable pieces.
Ability to deliver quick and accurate results for each analysis/task.
Ability to do work within tight timelines.

The ideal candidate should constantly stay on top of the industry’s trends, in order to provide forward-thinking recommendations to the business. In this capacity, the candidate will strive to build an in-depth understanding of the problem domain and available business data assets, especially those pertaining to strategic initiatives and value-based programs.
The ideal candidate would identify the data the business should be collecting, devises methods of instrumenting the business’s system in order to extract this information and work with other data and analytics departments to develop the processes that transform raw data into actionable business insights and will also mentor be supporting personnel for this position, continuously ensuring effective execution of duties at this junior level.
