The E-Commerce Manager has the responsibility of managing below the line marketing campaigns and overall website & App performance. They are part of the wider Marketing & E-Commerce team and work closely with a myriad of team members to seamlessly coordinate the end to end campaign management across Sephora’s own channels in order to achieve revenue targets for the E-commerce business. Managing the digital campaign and communication strategy (working closely alongside E-Commerce Executive on execution) specifically across Onsite, App and Email – suggest iterations and improvements based on past performance.
Being the expert with all platforms and backend systems for e-commerce site and share knowledge across the AUNZ team and our brand partners
Driving and initiating email and App segmentation tests, working closely with CRM Executive
Strategically developing data lead onsite campaigns and features, working with the Onsite Executive and regional teams to execute. Ensure campaigns are optimized to drive overall conversion rate.
Being the point person for our internal performance marketing team, aligning on monthly focuses and overall campaign direction.
Managing the relationship with the external design agency and freelancers, ensuring briefs are in to deadline and reflect a clear tone of voice.
Being the E-Commerce contact for brand partners, owning all E-Commerce partner programs including GWPs, digital animations and channel marketing opportunities.
Assisting the Head of E-Commerce in revenue forecasting and reporting for e-commerce side of the business, specifically from a campaigns perspective.
Working with wider marketing team on large scale marketing campaigns such as brand launches and thematic campaigns, owning the digital planning
Being the project lead for all promotional and sale campaigns across the ANZ business, developing the offering and omni channel communication strategy alongside the Head of E-Commerce.
Working with the Head of E-Commerce to manage the relationships with our e-commerce vendors, including media, payment partners and third party gift card sellers
Managing a team of 4 executives, providing coaching and development to all.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
7 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Experience in sales forecasting and trends.
Excellent understanding of existing and emerging digital marketing trends
Able to display a past history of executing end to end campaign management
Previous digital marketing experience with a beauty and/or retail brand is a plus
