We are looking for a very strong Technical Product Owner to be the conduit between the eCommerce team and the IT / full-stack development team.In this position you will be responsible for prioritising the development (particularly with the back-end squads and integration squads) who are responsible for this organisation’s retailer sites and apps. With the development teams you will be responsible for managing the projects, schedules, backlog of works and managing technical resources for end-to-end delivery of digital/eCommerce website/app projects.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving organisation, a high performing team and to be part of an organisation that offers long-term career progression opportunities.If you have strong leadership skills and would describe yourself as someone who is self-driven, motivated and loves what you do, then this is the role for you!Qualifications and SkillsTo be successful in this position you will have the following skill-set: – Minimum 3 years working for enterprise retail / E-Commerce organisations (enterprise omni-channel retailers)- Minimum 3 years experience as a Technical Product Owner- You have a solid technical background with experience working closely with development teams (back-end, front-end, full-stack) and prioritising the development of websites- Strong and proven working experience of Agile development process- Experience leading other Product Owners- Proven ability to manage dev queue + sprints- A solid understanding of CX and UX/UI (best practice), web analytics, digital media- Excellent stakeholder management skills- Analytical mind-set- You are a go-getter with a positive attitude- Very results-driven- Excellent stakeholder management skillsThere are many benefits for working at Chemist Warehouse Group and we can provide all details to shortlisted candidates.
