What skills do you need to be successful?
Be able to advocate for new technology approaches, with the experience to understand the architectural integration of software solutions in the Adobe Experience Cloud
Proven expertise in building, leading, and managing a team of software engineers would be highly essential
Commendable skills and understanding of software engineering and architecture principles, including end to end test automation, UI testing, and CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity) will be desirable
Ability to effectively communicate, educate, and influence the business stakeholders, and mentor the direct reports to uplift the overall team’s performance will be highly essential
A true passion to establish and uplift a high-performing team culture, and a positive, “can-do” attitude when juggling multiple priorities would be highly desirable
