Wibmo is an US-based leading provider of eCommerce authentication and cashless payment solutions to banks and consumers in emerging markets including India. The company based in Cupertino, CA and Bengaluru India, processes billions of transactions and delivers high availability digital payment services to banks, merchants, and consumers.

With services in over 20 countries and recently acquired by PayU, the fintech-arm of Prosus, we are passionate about delivering state-of-art digital payment solutions around the world. We are a rapidly growing company and expanding our market reach and seek highly motivated, proactive individuals to join the leadership team.

With a focus on global growth, we are seeking a strong industry leader to expand its payment security product suite, one of the largest providers of payment authentication services in the world and its services include products and services that handle digital transaction authentication, fraud monitoring, transaction risk assessment and related services.

PayU, an online payment service provider and Naspers’ fintech arm, acquired Wibmo in Apr 2019 to help the company scale-up its business. Under the agreement, PayU and Wibmo businesses will continue to run separately.

Primary job responsibilities:

Design and architect products for high performance and availability
Possess strong project/program management skills.
Should attend Customer calls and understand the requirement.
Should be able to take Customer escalation calls.
Work closely with QA, Prof Svcs, Developers to drive product development.
Responsible for coaching and mentoring development team, ensuring timely and quality deliverables
Code review and design reviews
Will be working on 3 Domain secure.
Track actual project cost against estimated cost
Set goals and perform appraisals for team members
Understanding client requirements and provide estimation
Effectively communicate with key stakeholders
Should attend Customer calls and understand the requirement.
Should be able to take Customer escalation calls.

Required Skills:

10+ years of experience of building successful production-quality software.
Preferred experience into 3 Domain Secure (3DS) for 1-2 years.
Expertise in large-scale multi-tiered systems.
Expertise in full stack development with Core and Web Java, object-oriented design, analysis, and design patterns, J2EE designing skills
Knowledge on Production support.
Strong hands-on experience working on enterprise java technologies like Hibernate and EJBs.
Please look at BFSI – banking or banking products background
Please look at – Engineering background and not project management
Should have Engg management experience including people.
Should be from java/j2EE, REST, API, Microservices, SAO, Messaging technologies background and Mobile application.
He should have Hands-on experience in design, coding and deployment.
Good to have skills – Secure Coding, Crypto Coding, Android/iOS development
Having good experience working on Windows or Linux
Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
Focus on clean high-quality code and solid designs.
Ability to work independently and with a small team.
Ability to manage tasks for a team, work effectively with cross-functional teams

Experience:

10-14yrs

Qualifications:

BE / BTech preferably from a Tier 1 university/li>
An MBA with a background in consumer behavior/ marketing is highly preferable
Any prior payment industry experience is highly preferable
