What you’ll be doing…
As an Engr III Cslt Full Stack Engineer in Network Systems – Field ART in Verizon India, responsible for leading Mobile application development team from India, in partnership with teams in US.
Own and drive delivery – work with mobile application development teams to meet business objectives, with required quality.
Analyze the existing system architecture, strategically design and implement new changes.
Contribute independently on development of complex solutions, to meet the functional and release requirements.
Drive DevSecOps and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
Maintain and update release notes for the development documentation.
Collaborate and influence various stakeholders in US and India teams (includes Business partners, Architects, Scrum Masters, Onshore counterparts, Testing team leads & leadership team).
Drive comparative analysis among various process/ practices/ products and drive POC to arrive at decisions.
Drive SAFe process/framework maturity.
Mentor the new team members.

In this hybrid role, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
What we’re looking for…
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience driving the mobile application design & development experience with Android / iOS / React Native, full stack engineer.
Knowledge in Agile practices and methodologies – SAFe.
Knowledge in Micro service architecture, spring framework & spring cloud, ReactJS, NodeJS, SpringBoot, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 & Sqlite db.
Strong Knowledge in Oracle, Cassandra DB and preferably exposure to NoSQL DB.
Good knowledge on the Monitoring tools.
Even better if you have:
Knowledge of Telecom domain, products, understanding the network components, topologies, devices etc.
Knowledge of Network Engineering / Field Operations domains.
Ability to drive discussions and architectural decisions with various stakeholders.
Ability to use professional concepts and company policies & procedures to solve a wide range of complex problems in creative and practical ways; makes recommendations that aid in the successful completion of initiatives within a functional area.
Experience with emerging technology – AI/ML, Chabot, cloud.
Experience in Docker/K8S.
Knowledge about Technology industry and market trends to determine potential impact on the infrastructure architecture.
Strong relationship skills and collaborative style to enable success across multiple partners.
Flexibility and willingness to learn new technologies.
