Job Description : 1. Knowledge of Facade Auto CAD and other software related to the field.2. Minimum 3 yrs. of experience in Facade and Curtain Wall Industry.3. Knowledge of required computer applications.4. Minimum 3 years GCC experience as a Facade Estimator.5. Conduct value analysis of plans of projects, recommend possible alternatives to perform engineering.6. Work in the preparation, development, and review of final plans to compile detailed project cost estimates which are used for bid evaluation on projects.7. Help in reviewing the Job File, drawings, and documents provided for estimation works.8. Coordination with the Design Department or Quantity Surveyor for the requirement of products and structural integrity of the products we intend to propose.Experience: – Minimum 3 years in FaçadeSkills – Candidate should be Civil EngineerPrevious Facade estimating experienceStrong planning and organizational skillsGreat communication skills.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:total work: 3 years (Required)Work Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
