Job Description : Neurabits Technologies Pvt Ltd is Looking for Dynamic Field Technical Support for Enterprise Mobile Application for Western and Central Mumbai Region.Neuralbits Technologies is well funded company and the leader in Digital Healthtech revolution. We manage more than 250 hospitals across Mumbai and Thane.FSTM(Field Support and Training Manager) will play a significant role in Providing Training to the Hospital staff and handholding them in using our product. Should have decent knowledge on Android Tablets and very importantly need to have 2 wheeler and license. Travelling expense will be compensated.Key Responsibilities: -Training the hospital staff.Product demonstrationHandholding customers and solving their queries.Resolving Technical issues related to wifi, hardware, android etc.Answer queries and issues of product functionalityDemonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skillsReport bugs and coordinate with the software engineers for eta and resolutionAbility to research and arrive at solutionAnalyze the pain areas of the customer in terms of their operations and relate it with software features and explain the benefits.Customer Engagement:Understanding customer behavior, expectations from the product, analyzing usage trends and product adaptability to increase usage and make the product sticky.Work towards providing an excellent customer experience by going that extra mile on every interactionMust have:Should be able to communicate clearlyLanguages – Hindi, ,English,MarathiShould have a good understanding of our productsShould be aware of all the Process and Policies of the supporting productsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, FresherSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Commuter assistanceFlexible scheduleSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission payPerformance bonusExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Expected Start Date: 01/03/2022
