Job Description : Dynamic Organisation seeks a Qualified Finance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The Finance Manager would be a Qualified Accountant, this is a high-profile role, forming part of the leadership team, with plenty of opportunity to add value working with a range of stakeholders.
Reporting into a Managing Director the Finance Manager would be responsible for managing the team and hiring within the team.
Duties of the Finance Manager include:
Supporting, challenging, and driving commercial and financial value from new propositions
Providing timely analysis and recommendations
Ensure Commercial teams have all relevant analysis to support key business decisions
Implement process improvements
Management reporting
Review opportunities for improvement on profitability
Monitoring performance and identifying risks and opportunities
Working closely with Sales and external clients
Key Requirements for the Finance Manager include:
Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
Strong business partnering skills
Experience managing and developing teams
Experience working within a commercial function
